Telegram OTP (One-Time Password) is an optional, fast, and secure authentication method offered by Shaikhoology. Instead of receiving verification codes via email, users can opt to receive OTP codes directly through Telegram messaging.

✅ How Telegram OTP Works (Telegram OTP Kaise Kaam Karta Hai)

1. First Time Setup (Pehli Baar): User must start the Telegram bot once by searching for the bot and clicking "Start" button. (Pehli baar bot ko start karna zaroori hai - Telegram app me bot search karke "Start" button click kariye.)
2. Enrollment (Registration): After starting the bot once, user is enrolled for Telegram OTP service. (Ek baar bot start karne ke baad, user Telegram OTP service ke liye enrolled ho jata hai.)

• User Must Start Bot: User must start the bot at least once. If bot is not started, OTP will be sent via email. (User ko pehli baar bot start karna zaroori hai. Agar bot start nahi kiya, toh OTP email par bhej diya jayega.)

• Telegram platform outages, downtime, or service interruptions
• Failure to deliver Telegram OTP messages
• User's failure to start the Telegram bot
• Telegram account issues, blocking, or restrictions
• Any third-party actions affecting Telegram service
• Delays in OTP delivery via Telegram

Users acknowledge that Telegram OTP is an optional convenience feature and agree to use email OTP as fallback when Telegram service is unavailable.

🔧 PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

• No Uptime Guarantee: We strive for service availability but provide no uptime guarantees
• Scheduled Maintenance: Maintenance windows may temporarily affect availability without notice
• Technical Issues: Unforeseen technical problems may cause service interruptions
• Third-Party Dependencies: Service may be affected by third-party system failures
• Geographic Limitations: Service availability may vary by geographic location

⚠️ PERFORMANCE LIABILITY LIMITATION
